Acceptable Usage

By accesssing the QLAB Platform, you agree to use our quantum resources only for ethical research and development. Any attempt to use the grid for malicious cryptographic attacks, unauthorized decryption of private data, or system-level penetration is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for the security of their API keys and account credentials. QLAB Technologies reserves the right to suspend any account showing signs of automated abuse or high-frequency anomalous requests.

Intellectual Property

The QLAB platform, including its Secure Core compiler, discovery algorithms, and visual interfaces, is the exclusive property of QLAB Technologies. "QLAB" is a registered trademark.

Algorithms published by users to the public library may be subject to specific open-source licenses as selected by the author. However, the platform's proprietary optimization layers remain the property of QLAB Technologies.

API Usage Rules

The QLAB API is provided for programmatic integration. Rate limits are enforced at 100 requests per minute for standard accounts. Attempting to bypass these limits via IP rotation or multiple account creation is a violation of these terms.

Data transmitted via the API is processed in secure sandboxes. While we implement industry-leading protections, users remain responsible for the sensitivity of the data they upload.
